The Spillane Room
Named after the famous Uilleann Piper Davy Spillane, who had an illustrious solo career, but was probably best known for his involvement in the band Moving Hearts. Davy is from Dublin, but now lives close to Doolin and much of his later music (for example the haunting album “a Place Among the Stones”) reflects the calm tranquillity of the local Burren landscape. He has been known to frequent the music sessions in the local pubs from time to time.

Situated on the ground floor, the Spillane room is a double en-suite room with a large west-facing window allowing a view over fields and Doolin towards the Cliffs of Moher. Decorated with colours from the Coastal Calm collection, this room features a comfortable double bed with luxury linens. Our accommodation is just a two minute walk from two of Doolin’s famous music pubs, but situated on a quiet country road which allows for a peaceful night’s sleep.
